TOP Generally, the information next to each products listing on myfairybaby.com tells you who made that item and whether it is one of a kind, exclusive for myfairybaby, or otherwise. If there is no specific information next to the item, it is probably a product that was not made just for us, but was handchosen for our site due to it's fairytale nature. What are my ordering options? TOP
The easiest way by far to order is to purchase your items online using our secure credit card processing service, ccnow. CCNow gives you the option of using a credit card or using paypal's service to pay for your order. However, we understand that internet shopping is still a nervewracking idea for some, so please feel free to phone or fax in your order to us at 818 567 4437. If you chose this option, please be prepared to give us your name, shipping and billing address, a phone number where we can reach you if we have questions about your order, your credit card number and expiration date, and the list of items you'd like to order. Please make out checks or money orders to our parent company, Medieval Inc. Any other name on the check will not be cashed and will slow down your order time while we return it to you. How will my order be shipped and what is the usual shipping time? TOP We generally use US Priority Mail to ship all orders. This means that once your order leaves our premises, it takes about two, possibly three, business days to reach you. If an order is very large or has some other special needs, we will use either Fed Ex or UPS, whichever is best, and they can take up to 7 business days to reach their destination. Additionally, some items that are customized must be shipped from the artist that makes it. These items will arrive separately and may take additional time to craft. These items will be marked on the site. For everything else, we try to ship within one week of your order being placed. Please feel free to email us to ask for a shipping status on your order. What is your returns policy? TOP We value customer service and want you to be 100% pleased with your order. We will glady refund your money upon return of any item you are not satisfied with. The only exception to this is customized pieces. However, if your shipment was damaged in shipping, please save the packaging and contact us immediately, so that we may file a claim with the shipper and replace your items for you. Do you sell wholesale to stores? TOP Some of our items are available to stores, yes. We are working on developing our line for wholesale purchase. Please keep checking back with us, and sign our update list to be notified of when we have a wholesale line available. As of right now if an item crafted by one of our artists, then it depends on the artists's discretion. If it is a product handpicked by us, then we can get you in touch with the company who makes it, if you'd like. Please feel free to inquire about any of our products and we would be happy to help you. I really like the artwork here! Are there any copyright or usage issues with the graphics of these items? TOP Yes, there is. Because most of these items are made by various artists, there are far too many varying policies on copyright issues for us to be able to give anyone permission to use these pictures on their own website or in any other way, even for personal, not-for-profit projects. We apologize for this stringent policy, but we feel it is the only way to protect our artists' rights. Thank you for respecting this! I want to send you a picture of my son/daughter/niece/nephew/neighbor kid for the Gallery! Where do I send it? TOP We are happily taking pictures sent via email to us at info@myfairybaby.com. Please resize your pictures for easy download. Sending us a huge file might bog down our servers. Anything under 1 MB should be good. May I link to your website? TOP Yes please! We'd love it.
